We are here to support you and cheer you on as you take the next steps in your education—and it all begins right here with your Collegiate Sendoff! Over the course of the summer, your Alumni Engagement team will provide tips, tools, and space for discussion as you prepare for life after high school. The Collegiate Sendoff is organized around four themes:

  • Health & Wellness

By choosing to be proactive and taking advantage of the resources available to you, you can grow in your confidence in securing funds to pay for college.

Week 3 – Campus Resources and Belonging

Like the popular ’90s TV show, college is “A Different World!” In this week’s issue, the Alumni Engagement team has pulled together all kinds of videos, activities, and resources to help you navigate your campus resources like a pro. We also discuss building your campus community by joining clubs and student organizations.

Week 4 – Health and Wellness

The transition from high school to college is an exciting time, but it can also come with added stress and anxiety. That’s why taking care of our physical, mental, and spiritual health is an important piece of college success. In this week’s issue, the Alumni Engagement team share tools for how identifying your personal patterns and behaviors when under stress, tactics for addressing anxiety, and ideas for who to reach out to when you need mental health support.
