Our College Access consulting services support schools nationwide with a customizable approach. We meet schools and districts where they are and work closely with them to create a tailored improvement plan to meet their specific and unique needs. Leveraging our time-tested model, our team delivers comprehensive consulting services and systems support that help develop a school’s strong post-secondary success culture:

  • Counselor Coaching & Technical Support: Hands-on and tailored training to strengthen the knowledge and skills of school staff and build capacity for sustainable college and career-related access work. Our coaches provide both professional development and technical support, working alongside your staff in their environment to implement systems and tools that drive success.
  • Post-Secondary Exploration Workshops: Designed to inspire and prepare students from any grade for the future. These interactive sessions create excitement about college possibilities while building practical knowledge about the application process.
  • College Application Intensives: Sessions to support the graduating high school class in completing key college access milestones, including college applications (e.g., Common App, CUNY, SUNY, etc.) and state and federal financial aid applications. These targeted interventions ensure seniors navigate critical deadlines and requirements during the application season.
  • Data Systems Implementation: Support in building tracking systems and developing tools that help schools monitor student progress toward college milestones, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes and create sustainable practices.

All College Access Consulting partners are invited to join our Professional Learning Community (PLC). Student Leadership Network facilitates PLC convenings of our partner school counselors for workshops, sharing of effective practices, and special guest speakers.
