The 4th Annual Future Success Symposium will highlight opportunities for advancement among college students and what they need to know to persist successfully. This year, we will explore how to secure the bag and provide the tools necessary to help you understand the importance of overcoming financial barriers that impact your academic journey. Utilizing the guidance and experiences of a host of professionals, we will explore the importance of mentorship, career alignment, and self-confidence.

Dr. Cristina Ortiz-Harvey received her Bachelor of Arts from CUNY Hunter College and her Master of Science from CUNY Baruch College. She recently graduated with her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She is a passionate leader in higher education with over 20 years of work experience in financial aid and enrollment management.

Sydney Kozakis, CFP, ChFC started her journey as a Financial Representative Intern in 2019, and went on to become the youngest female Certified Financial Planner practitioner in the country. Sydney specializes in providing strategic, comprehensive advice to help successful women meet their financial goals.

Asher Kennedy is a Certified Financial Planner with a background in multi-generational financial planning. As a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, Asher provides clients with advice and solutions to preserve and grow their wealth.

Our panelists will offer insights and their experiences around these key themes:

  • Foundation 3: Making Money Moves: Financing Your Dream – Join us for this session about chasing your dreams and aligning with a plan.

This year’s event will be held on Zoom from January 11th, 2023, at 5:30 PM EST. For those who register but cannot attend, a recording of the session will be sent following the event.
