Student Leadership Network supports college access programs and girls’+ education at public and tuition-free schools across Buffalo, NYC, and Rochester. If your high school is/was affiliated with our CollegeBound Initiative (CBI) program or Young Women’s Leadership Schools (TYWLS), you are able to receive resources and assistance from the College Persistence team after graduation! See a list of all school partners here.

The College Persistence (CP) team focuses on post-secondary persistence and success. Whether you are going to college after high school or heading straight to work, we are here to support your journey.

The CP team provides support through programming and direct referrals to partner organizations that focus on college persistence, completion, and career readiness.

Signature programs and initiatives:

  • Collegiate Sendoff Programming (for high school seniors)
  • Future Success Symposium (for college students)
  • Monthly newsletters filled with tips, information, and resources for students
  • Alumni Engagement Social Media Takeover series
  • Special workshops, activities, and partner recruitment sessions
