As Student Leadership Network alumni, you have access to CollegeBridge, our program to support your transition from high school to college. Our College Transition Coaches (CTCs), recent high school graduates just like you, are trained to support you in ensuring you successfully get to college.

I just started college this year, and I understand what students are going through. I am excited to help seniors at my high school alma mater navigate the process, just as my college counselor did for me. — Karen, College Transition Coach
