Alumni Referral Form
The Alumni Referral Form is for alumni seeking support from our College Persistence Team. We assist with college transfers, re-enrollment after time off, FAFSA/TAP renewals, and more. As an alum, you can complete this form to get connected with the resources and guidance you need to move forward.
Emergency Fund
We understand that unexpected life situations may create obstacles to staying in college. Student Leadership Network alumni currently enrolled in a college degree/apprenticeship program and in good academic standing may apply for a one-time emergency relief grant.
Partnerships and Professional Opportunities
We’re proud to collaborate with organizations that align with our work in supporting your postsecondary persistence and success. The CP team facilitates direct student referrals to some of these organizations and opportunity programs.
